Wicker Woven Rattan Basket Turn Lock Purse with Leather Handle and Detachable Shoulder Strap

Approximate size:
8" high not counting handle, 8" at widest point and 5" deep at widest point. Shoulder strap just measuring the leather is around 28" long and 1/2" wide.
In nice pre-owned condition with minimal wear, just a little dusty, I cleaned it but it might need a little more cleaning. Inside shows some wear as well (see all pictures). Not sure if this is a vintage piece or not, picked it up at an estate sale this last weekend. Please view all pictures carefully, they are considered part of description.
