Vintage "Eagle Pencil Co. N.Y.Eagle Enigma Pat. Dec 11th 88, No 841" Mech Pencil
The top is froze. I believe it could be fixed fairly easy. When shaken, it seems that the lead assembly is loose. The body and nose are in great shape, but the top has a series of dents that I don't know if they are manufacture marks or not ( stops for the top button). One I know isn't.
