Vintage Tortoise Avon? Lead Pencil

Description

I have no idea if this pencil works or not. I noticed it does have an imperfection on top part of pencil. I have several old fountain pens listed as well. Estate finds. Shipped with USPS First Class and only to lower 48 states of the US.
