    Description

    This is a Vintage Solid 14K Yellow Gold Mechanical Pencil.
    I recently acquired this at a local unclaimed bank safe deposit box contents auction.  It is clearly marked 14K on the side of the pencil point top as pictured.  The Pencil is done in plain Yellow Gold with a bright polished finish and decorated with a series of parallel lines and has a cartouche that has never been engraved.  The lead point extends and retracts with a smooth twist action by holding the point top and twisting, there is no place for an eraser.  The pencil measures 4 inches long and has a gross weight of all materials 17.4 grams on my digital postal scale.
