Vintage 1920s Sheaffer Black Radite Pencil

1920s Sheaffer pencil in black, "long model with clip." S
Condition notes:
1. Good color unbreakable "Radite." (Sheaffer's name for the plastic they used.) No darkening. One ding to the plastice between the end of the clip and the tip
2. Brassing on the clip ball.
3. Crisp imprint on cap and clip.
4. Clip is straight and tight.
5. Rim of bell cap is round, but one small ding on the edge.
6. Pencil works perfectly with a very smooth mechanism.
I have a bunch of these pencils in all the colors, and they are the best, highest-quality pencils I have ever used. (If you are familiar with the similar Parker "BigBro" pencils of this same era --and I am--they don't come anywhere close to Sheaffer quality.) These pencils were made with jewel-like precision of only the finest materials. Every one of these pencils I have handled has worked perfectly, which I find incredible for they are all close to one hundred years old. Yes, I am a Sheaffer enthusiast!
I am downsizing my lifestyle, including my pen and pencil collections, by selling off duplicate items or ones I will never really get around to using.

Return policy:
1. I do accept returns. Item must be returned to me within 14 days.
2. Returns are for these reasons ONLY: Item is defective, item doesn't match description (and photos are part of the description), item has missing parts or pieces, item arrived damaged.
3. Returns are not accepted for other reasons, including (but not limited to) you "changed you mind" or just "just didn't like it."
4. You must follow the eBay return process. Do not just mail the item back to me and send me a message that you returned it. In that event I will not accept delivery.
5. The returned item must be in the same condition in which I sent it to you. New items, sent in original packaging, must be returned as new and unused by you.
