Very nice Dur-O-Lite Spiral Pencil Salesman's Sample Case-Complete

The is a very interesting small salesman's case for Dur-O-Lite pencils. The case states "Due-O-Lite Spiral Pencil, It Repeats". For the younger ones out there two of the sample pencils were designed to dial rotary phones. Google "Rotary Phones" to see what they looked like and why someone would build pencils to dial it. I remember the frustration of slowly dialing a phone number just to screw up on the last number then have to start over. Grrrr..... This offering is a must for the serious mechanical pencil/pen collector. The case appears to have been some form of leather or faux leather. The spine has some breakage due to dryness. There are 2 remaining pricing sheets on the overlap. They are dated May 1, 1958 and are framable in themselves. They are full of interesting information. There are brass corner protectors on all corners to protect the case. Look carefully and ask questions as this is a "No Returns" auction.
