UTEXIQUAL Cast Iron Hose Reel Fire Wagon Two Horse Team With 2 Figures

I purchased this cast iron Fire Wagon with 2 figures at a yard sale.  The seller didn't know anything about the history only that she had owned iit for many years.  Thanks to another ebay member I was informed that this item was made in the 1970s by a Chinese company called Utexiqual.
I'm not sure if the original axel hubs were 'nuts' but that's what is on this one.
The whole this is about 21" long and the wagon separates into 2 pieces.  It does work and the horses articulate by the wheel underneath them.
Since I know virtually nothing about this I am leaving bit up to you, the potential buyer to inspect the photos to determine if this is something that meets your expectations or desires.
I am selling this "as-is" with no returns so please ask questions if you have any and be sure you wish to keep it before you buy.
The packaged weight is about 13 pounds.  Shipping costs is driven by weight and destination.
