    Description
    :
    Very rare antique Whal-Eversharp blue marble “Midget” miniature mechanical pencil.
    This lovely mechanical pencil is blue marble colored with gold filled double ring trim and gold plated point and clip. Barrel incised : “Made in USA by the makers of EVERSHARP.”
    Made in USA by WAHL-EVERSHARP, circa 1930’s.
    Dimensions:
    3-3/4 inches (9.5 cm) long capped.
    Condition:
    Point turns smoothly and reveal some old pencil lead. Minor, almost not noticeable tiny markings and scratches here and there because of handling (only seen when direct light is applied.) Slightly worn plating on point of pencil (see picture #4) Gold plating on clip is partially worn (see picture #1) Cap turns but with some difficulty, that’s why I didn’t opened it. Otherwise, very fine to excellent overall condition.
