All tanks are full and come with a wall hanger. However If you want to use the hanger it will need to be modified as the neck of the extinguisher is slightly larger than the hanger.
There may be a small scratch or ding but it doesn’t effect the function. Most all are perfect to near perfect shape.None are beat up or unpresentable.
All tanks show full. Just a heads up that when you get your tank and it has been in the cold it my not register as full. Rest assured that when it comes to room temperature they will be at a functioning pressure. All tanks have been checked.
