Antique Sterling Silver Chatelaine Le Bolt & Company Mechanical Pencil

A beautiful sterling silver antique chatelaine mechanical pencil by  Le Bolt & Company. The outer case
has a monogram  MG, the inner part is engraved: Le Bolt & Company.  Sterling
The pencil does not propel like it should & needs to be repaired.
Length:  2 1/2" ( not including ring )        Width:  3/8"
The very top has a tiny ding but the rest of the pencil is in great condition physically. No scratches or tarnish.
