Products that are received damaged from the freight company should be either "refused" or "accepted"
Notes must be made on the Bill of Lading as to obvious damage. Pictures will also be helpful in filing a freight claim. Notify us immediately of shipping damages. It is the buyers responsibility to offload the lift from the truck - you will need a forklift or bobcat to offload the 2000 lb, lift. The driver is not responsible for unloading the lift. A few scratches and scrapes can happen when shipping large equipment such as lifts - we can provide touch up paint if needed
