Description

Here's a nice group of Sheaffer pens from the '30's and '40's, all in good operating condition. All have at least a some eraser, most a lot and all have extra lead in the magazine. From left to right in the photos:
a)  The first pencil in ebonized pearl is a ladies sized pen. Excellent and the only one using .046" lead. About 1936
b)   The brown pearl stripe is good .. a 400 marked pencil and it would have probably accompanied a Vigilant Lifetime 1000 pen.....military clip. c1941
c)   T
he gray pearl stripe is the large size  and is probably the oldest around 1935.  Trim is excellent. The pencil does however have a monogram
d)   This is a  Sentinal 500 pencil that probably would have accompanied a Triumph Lifetime Sentinel 1000 pen. Great condition. Cap is quite tight to remove. c1946
e)   Finally, a marine green striated pencil from about 1945. Pretty good, but has some fairly significant distortion in the cap shape around the top of the clip. Actually bows the top of the cap. Still works okay.
