Made in Japan in the 80s. NOS. The LAST ONE for sale.
Barrel is made of stainless steel, etched pattern and logo, the same technique as the famous Pilot black stripe family.
This is based on the Elite model but there is no "Elite" logo, instead it bears the Mitsubishi Motors logo. It's a corporate gift ordered by Mitsubishi Motors and manufactured by Pilot.

: Recovered from out-of-business stationary shop. Cosmetic imperfections are expected due to prolonged storage and/or customer's testing. (e.g. oxidation spot, scratches here and there...)
