A great, sophisticated successor to the Mark 2, the 1967 Jaguar S-Type, for sale. It entered the showrooms at the end of 1963, inheriting most of the mechanical solutions from its predecessor. The biggest change was the car's steering system, to which an improved Burman power steering system was applied, requiring only 3.5 turns of the steering wheel to fully turn the wheels. To improve driving comfort, the S-Type uses an independent rear suspension, which also had a positive effect on the car's handling. The specimen from the advertisement has undergone a thorough renovation. It is a chance to taste the style of the sixties and an opportunity to experience many unforgettable moments behind the wheel or at historic vehicle rallies.
The car is operational, renovated in continuous use (now mainly at weddings)
Two years ago, the engine that comes from the BMW e36 2.0 was replaced in the car. Original engine with a capacity of 3.8l, which is still running, I also have. I also have a few spare parts for Jaguar, which I bought as soon as they appeared on a website (usually in England). There is also a complete set of repair kit in the trunk. I replaced the engine due to high fuel consumption and not sure if it would handle longer routes :)
